There are glass color pens available in the market which can be purchased.Place the glass on the painting which you want to recreate. Draw the outline with the black pen and then fill it with the glass colors.

The other way is to make a sketch with a black pen on the glass and then fill with glass colors and bingo there you are if you have some glitters or sparkle glue you can add it to the painting and make it look great!
